At Iyka Industries Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for orders placed on our website.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs earlier.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number and registered email address.


2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, packed, or shipped from our warehouse.

Customized or promotional products may also not be eligible for cancellation.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.


4. Returns for Perfume and Beauty Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and beauty products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.

Products must be unused, sealed, and returned in their original packaging if a return is approved.


5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Since our website uses Razorpay as the payment gateway, refunds will be processed through Razorpay and credited back to your original payment source such as:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect.


7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is deducted but the order was not successfully placed, the payment will be automatically refunded by Razorpay to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team.


8. Refund Approval

Iyka Industries Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the condition of the returned product and compliance with this policy.
